Simply wet skin and soap sponge with warm water. Select the side of the sponge that feels most comfortable to you. Cleanse the skin in circular motions to lather and exfoliate. Use on body or face depending on your comfort level. For best results, leave on the skin for 30 seconds and then wash off.
