Remove any nail polish, nail arts, and accessories from your feet. Cleanse your feet thoroughly and towel dry. Take out a pair of exfoliation wraps and sticker tabs. Cut the top portion (about 1/3 inch) of each wrap with scissors to remove seals. In seated posture, place your feet inside the wraps and secure with sticker tabs around your ankles.
