Begin by exfoliating and moisturizing dry areas such as your hands, feet, ankles and wrists. Glide the mousse onto skin using the mitt to ensure you don't miss any patches. Shower off after one, two or three hours, depending on your desired shade. Your tan will continue to develop over eight hours. Wash your mitt in warm water after use and let air-dry.
