Take 10 FAQ's
A reward that is provided to a Beauty Brands customer upon spending $100 on product & salon services. This reward is a 10% coupon that can be used on any future purchase (except gift cards & injection services provided by Beauty Now, LLC.). There is no limit to the number of Take 10 rewards that a customer can receive in one year.
Any customer can enroll in the Take 10 rewards program that is not currently receiving a Beauty Brands company discount. Those individuals not eligible include: Beauty Brands employees, Sister/Partner companies, licensed cosmetologists and/or corporate partners.
You can enroll in the Beauty Brands Take 10 loyalty program by setting up an account online at BeautyBrands.com or signing up in-store with a Beauty Brands associate.
You will be asked to provide the following information so you can make sure to receive all of the loyalty rewards and offers:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Mailing Address
- Birthday
You can earn a Take 10 reward by spending $100 in total sales (combined retail + service sales, not including gratuity). There is no limit to the number of Take 10 rewards that you can receive in one year. Take 10 rewards are not to be shared with other customers and you cannot transfer balances to other customer accounts.
In-Store: You will receive a physical Take 10 reward when you are shopping in a Beauty Brands location and your account has reached a combined $100 in total retail and service sales (excluding gift cards & injection services provided by Beauty Now, LLC.) during checkout. If your purchase exceeds $100, your balance will be applied towards earning your next Take 10 reward.
Online: You will receive an email with your Take 10 reward when your order ships and your account has reached a combined $100 in total sales (excluding gift cards). If your purchase exceeds $100, your balance will be applied towards earning your next Take 10 reward.
Your Take 10 rewards never expire.
If a refund is issued, your Take 10 balance will decrease by the amount of the refund. We do not ask for Take 10 reward back, but your account will need to meet the minimum requirements in order to redeem that reward in the future.
You may check your rewards balance by:
- Asking an associate in-store
- Accessing your account online at BeautyBrands.com
- Viewing your last Beauty Brands receipt post in-store purchase
- Viewing your Beauty Brands emails
Your rewards can be used on any one retail or salon and spa transaction (excluding injection services provided by Beauty Now, LLC) and in conjunction with any other offer. Only one Take 10 reward can be used per transaction in-store or online.
In-Store: Customer will present the associate their Take 10 reward. The sales associate will look the customer's account up by phone number and confirm their account is eligible for a Take 10 reward.
Online: Customer will enter the online Take 10 code, franked on the back of the reward certificate or found within the email coupon creative, in the shopping bag at online checkout.
When your reward is used on your transaction, the number of Take 10 rewards, or $100, will be deducted from the your account.
You are eligible for Take 10 Plus status by spending a combined $600+ on any retail or service sales in one calendar year, January 1 - December 31.
When you reach Take 10 Plus status, you will receive an email communication within 72 hours communicating your new status.
When you reach Take 10 Plus status, you will maintain this status for the remainder of the calendar year in which you reached the status, plus the following calendar year.
Being a Take 10 plus loyalty member provides you with additional perks and offers.
You will earn and redeem Take 10 rewards the same as you previously did. When you redeem your rewards your discount is 10% off and free shipping on any amount.
Once you reach Take 10 Plus status, you can get free shipping on ANY order you place no matter if you use a Take 10 certificate on your order or not.
